Meet Dr. Pearl Lilly, a phenomenal woman with a powerful testimony. While life has taken her through many trials and tribulations as a young child, and well into adulthood, her humble beginnings were planted in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Lilly was raised by her mother until age 12, when she was removed from the home and placed in a shelter as a ward of the state for nine months. Her grandparents then retired and welcomed her into their home until the age of 14. Just when this child had secured a place to call home, the unthinkable happened. This young teenager was raped and sexually abused repeatedly at the hands of her stepfather who impregnated her.
